LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel says two men have been arrested in Toledo, Ohio for the 1997 murder of an unidentified man in Lenawee County.

Fifty-one-year-old Richardo Sepulveda of Cincinnati and 49-year-old Michael Sepulveda of Toledo are behind bars.
The two face charges of first-degree premeditated murder, assault with intent to main, conspiracy, and tampering with evidence.
The victim’s body, a male, was found naked without hands or a head in November 1997.
