Lansing, MI (Great Lakes News) – Enbridge Energy has a message for Gov. Gretchen Whitmer: the state lacks the authority to shut down its twin oil pipelines in the Straits of Mackinac.

The company contends Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s decision is steeped in bad information and political posturing.
