The MSCA is tasked with overseeing the building and operation of the tunnel.
Past and ongoing exploratory and planning work will be discussed.
Enbridge continues to fight for the tunnel which will encase its dual natural gas and crude oil pipeline after having a deal with former Governor Rick Snyder.
Earlier this week, Canada invoked a 1977 treaty to keep the pipeline open and ignored Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s call to shut it down.
