HOWELL, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – President Joe Biden plans to visit Michigan on Tuesday.

The White House says the president will stop by Howell in Livingston County.

The Detroit News reports Biden plans to speak about the bi-partisan infrastructure plan which is known as his “Build Back Better” agenda.

Congress is debating who will pay for “Build Back Better” along with what will be included in the bill.

President Biden initially proposed a $3.5 trillion spending bill, but lawmakers scaled that back significantly.
