BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – Battle Creek-based Kellogg’s has filed a lawsuit against its local union in Omaha, Nebraska which claims that striking workers are blocking entrances to its cereal plant and intimidating replacement workers.
Kellogg’s asked a judge to order the union to stop interfering with its business while on the picket line.

Workers in Omaha and at Kellogg’s three other U.S. cereal plants have been on strike since October 5.
