LANSING, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – General Motors say the Lansing Delta Assembly Plant will be closed down for 11 weeks in 2022 for upgrades.

The automaker says equipment modifications and other upgrades will start January 3.

The factory currently builds the Buick Enclave and the Chevrolet Traverse and is adding the GMC Acadia.

Production of the Acadia is being moved from Spring Hill, Tennessee which is being outfitted to build gas and electric powered Cadillacs.
