LANSING, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – The sexual abuse survivors of former gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar have reached a $380 million financial settlement with USA Gymnastics and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the settlement is among the largest ever for sexual abuse.

The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee is set to pay $34 million of the settlement directly, as well as loan $6 million to USA Gymnastics for its contribution.
Nassar is serving a 40 to 175 year prison sentence for sexually abusing girls under the guise of medical treatment.
