DETROIT (Great Lakes News) –While some Michigan universities are moving to online classes for the first several weeks of the winter semester, University of Michigan is not one of them.
In-person classes will resume on the University of Michigan campus on January 5.

The school says they are adding more COVID-19 safety measures to protect students and staff.
Among those is the requirement that students, faculty and staff all have a COVID-19 vaccine booster, and all on-campus residents need a test for the virus when they enter the buildings.
Masks will still be required.
