ST. IGNACE, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – Enbridge Energy is now allowed to start seeking bids to build its tunnel in the bedrock under the Straits of Mackinac.
The Mackinac Straits Corridor Authority is giving the Canadian company the authority to start seeking proposals.
