GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – U.S. Attorneys plan to refile charges against two men whose cases ended in mistrials after being accused of  plotting to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

Adam Fox and Barry Croft will face another trial.
