LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The process of equipping 1,700 Michigan State Police with body cameras is almost complete.

Every MSP personnel with a badge will now be wearing the new gear.

The nearly $6 million price tag for cameras and related equipment and services was covered by $3.8 million from the state budget and $2 million in federal grant money.
