OXFORD, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – An Oakland County judge has ordered all evidence to be released in the Oxford High School shooting.

Attorney Ven Johnson is representing several families of students and will receive the files.

The Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office is fighting the release, saying it could impact the cases.

Johnson says the judge ruled families should not have to hear evidence for the first time during the court proceedings.
