SAGINAW, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – Police in Saginaw are offering incentives for kids to stay cool and out of trouble this summer.
Officers will be handing out coupons for free 7-11 Slurpees to kids who make good choices.

The Saginaw Police Department is part of the 27th annual Operation Chill.
Police say the program rewards good kids and builds positive relationships with officers.
