FLINT, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Closing arguments are likely this week in the civil trial in the Flint water crisis.

An “expert witness” from a consulting company is testifying on Tuesday, and closing arguments in U.S. District Court are expected either Wednesday or Thursday.

Attorneys for children claim the companies that consulted with Flint during the city’s lead-tainted water crisis were partially responsible for people’s injuries and were professionally negligent.
