GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – GOP gubernatorial frontrunner Tudor Dixon is criticizing Kalamazoo city leaders who recently voted to allow public urination and defecation in city streets without fear of criminal charges.
In a press release on Thursday, the Dixon campaign said, “When in office, Tudor Dixon would sign legislation that would prevent such disastrous policies from being adopted in Michigan cities.”

Dixon called the move by Kalamazoo officials “a significant step towards the city becoming San Francisco, a municipality plagued by poop in the streets.”
Dixon did not mince words on Thursday. “Kalamazoo leaders disregarded the concerns of local business owners and instead unanimously allowed the city streets to become a convenient sewer for those who have a disregard for the greater good.”
Michigan’s primary election is August 2 where Dixon will run against Ryan Kelley, Ralph Rebandt, Kevin Rinke, and Garrett Soldano.
