DETROIT (Michigan News Source) – Beaumont Health Spectrum Health (BHSH) announced it is laying off 400 employees statewide due to financial reasons.
BHSH says the layoffs will be management and non-patient-facing positions.

A statement from the system says the decision was made based on rising labor and pharmaceutical costs, high inflation, the ongoing pandemic and reimbursement from insurance, and government programs not being equal to expenses.
