GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Kent County prosecutor announced his office would not file charges concerning an altercation last weekend at a fast food restaurant in Wyoming that left two teenage employees injured.
Prosecutor Chris Becker said his office would not file charges against David Zambrana or anyone involved in Sunday’s fight at the Burger King because “this is not a criminal matter.”

Wyoming police said a customer “acted aggressively” and attacked two teenage employees.
As a result, a 17-year-old worker had to get stitches for a cut to the forehead and a 15-year-old suffered a broken jaw and teeth.
