MARQUETTE, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The United States Air Force, in conjunction with Space Force, has awarded an Upper Peninsula company three major contracts.
Kall Morris Incorporated in Marquette received the Space Force Contracts. Those contracts will focus on developing ways to remove debris from Earth’s orbit.
Each contract is worth $250,000 and will have the Marquette company working hand-in-hand with Space Engineering departments from the University of Southern California, Stanford, and MIT.
The company, founded by three alumni of Northern Michigan University, began operations in 2019.
