KALAMAZOO, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Bronson Healthcare is actively hiring nurses and surgical technologists, and officials are hoping five-figure signing bonuses for qualified candidates will help sweeten the deal.
Bronson Healthcare is offering surgical technologists signing bonuses of up to $10,000, while nurses can earn signing bonuses of up to $20,000.

Full and part-time roles are available for both techs and nurses.
Qualified candidates are required to have a nursing or surgical technologist degree.
In an effort to fill the positions, Bronson Healthcare will host two career fairs in Kalamazoo and one in Battle Creek.
Bronson Healthcare has hospitals in Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, South Haven, and Paw Paw.
