TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Salvation Army in Traverse City re-opened their thrift store Friday.

Staff shortages forced the store and donation center on West South Airport Road to shut in July.

The Salvation Army says that they aren’t fully staffed yet, but they hope they will be able to stay open.

The money raised at the store helps local families and the Salvation Army says they need more help this holiday season.

The Salvation Army says there are still positions they are looking to fill and encourage anyone looking for a job to apply.
