EAST LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – As the Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament gets underway, Upper Peninsula native and Michigan State University head coach Tom Izzo will be making history.

Izzo will lead his Spartans onto the court on Friday afternoon, marking the 25th straight appearance in March Madness. In addition, Izzo will set an NCAA Tournament consecutive appearance record.
