One of the bribes came from 70-year-old business owner John Dalaly of West Bloomfield.

Dalaly allegedly paid Johnson $68,200 in cash payments and benefits, including two private chartered flights from Michigan to Canada, through his two companies, Totten said.

Two other men, 45-year-old Brian Pierce of Midland and 32-year-old Vincent Brown of Royal Oak are accused of giving Johnson $42,000 in cash payments and benefits.

The four men signed plea agreements admitting to guilt; they will be arraigned within two weeks.
