DEARBORN, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Dearborn is suing a trucking company over air pollution concerns for the community.

The city alleges Pro-V Enterprises, LLC is harming the city with excess dust, dirt and sediment that is tracked out of their property.
The city claims Pro-V Enterprises has violated a dust ordinance 16 times and is asking the court to prohibit the company from operating outside of their building.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says fugitive dust has been linked to respiratory problems.
