LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A small plane crashed at the Capital Region International Airport around 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

Officials said the pilot was the only passenger in the plane. He has been transported to a hospital as a precaution, but he is expected to be okay.

Capital Region International Airport said weather conditions may be a cause of the plane crash.
