ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – It remains unclear if the NCAA Committee on Infractions will accept a proposal from the University of Michigan regarding a four-game suspension for coach Jim Harbaugh to settle a case involving recruiting violations.

The NCAA says they have more questions after examining the negotiated resolution. The case could go to a full hearing, which could lengthen the process and push back any suspension.

This case has been in the works for nearly two years. The 59-year-old Harbaugh is entering his ninth season coaching at his alma mater.
