SAGINAW, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Saginaw County Animal Care and Control is celebrating the opening of its new building. The shelter opened last month but held a ribbon cutting and open house Friday.
The facility is more than double the size of the old center and there’s now space for pet training sessions and additional resources for staff.
