ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The University of Michigan is losing another member of its coaching staff to Jim Harbaugh and the L.A. Chargers.

UM’s head strength and conditioning coach Ben Herbert is leaving the program to take the same job with the L.A. Chargers under Harbaugh.

The school announced that associate director Justin Tress will take over for Herbert. Harbaugh’s replacement is Sherrone Moore.
