PONTIAC, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A jury will be able to hear testimony from two witnesses of the Oxford High School shooting and see video from the 2021 massacre during the shooter’s parents’ trials.
Attorneys for James and Jennifer Crumbley, who are both being tried separately on four counts of involuntary manslaughter, tried to get those testimonies and video banned from their proceedings.

The allowance means prosecutors can put an injured teacher, assistant principal, and a student who witnessed one of the deaths on the stand.
The Crumbleys will be tried soon in connection with their son Ethan Crumbley’s murders of four classmates at Oxford High School in November 2021. Their son is serving life in prison without the chance of parole.
Prosecutors allege the Crumbleys bought the gun for their son that he used in the massacre. In addition, prosecutors say the Crumbleys met with administrators regarding their son’s disturbing behavior just hours before the shooting. They refused to take him home.
