ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – U of M head football coach Jim Harbaugh may not stick around in Ann Arbor if the L.A. Chargers have anything to say about it.

ESPN reports that the Chargers are set to be the first NFL team to interview Harbaugh about their head coaching vacancy.

The Michigan head coach has connections to the Chargers and owner Dean Spanos after finishing his playing career with the franchise in 2000.

Harbaugh went 44-19-and-1 in four seasons as the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers from 2011-to-2014 before returning to the college ranks.
