CHARLEVOIX, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Motorists should expect intermittent delays at the U.S. 31 bascule bridge in Charlevoix.
MDOT saying that 15-minute closures will take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. this week.

The short closures are required so work crews can replace the bridge’s tread and track components, which facilitate the structure’s operation.
