TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City will be offering a new flight to Houston, Texas starting this summer.

A $750,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Small Community Air Service Development Program is helping launch the nonstop service via United Airlines.

Flights will begin on June 29 and continue through August 17 and will only operate on Saturdays.
