(Michigan News Source) – Multiple media reports are saying that nationwide disruptions in cellphone services are impacting AT&T users, with Verizon and T-Mobile customers also facing connectivity issues.
According to Downdetector, tens of thousands of AT&T customers reported outages, affecting home phones, internet, and mobile services, with 54% primarily experiencing mobile phone service issues.

Approximately 8% reported mobile internet failures, while over a third had no signal. The outages began before 3:30 a.m. ET and prompted frustration among users, with one suggesting a stimulus check for the inconvenience.
AT&T acknowledged the problem, urging affected users to utilize Wi-Fi calling until service restoration. By 8 a.m. ET, over 71,000 AT&T users reported issues, mainly in the southern and southeastern United States.
Meanwhile, T-Mobile denied an outage, attributing reported challenges to connectivity issues with other networks. Verizon acknowledged disruptions for some customers when communicating across carriers but assured normal network operation.
