Silent Observer is replacing its Fast 50 program with the Speak Up Cash Out program.

Silent Observer’s Executive Director says they needed to upgrade the service so students can receive a higher pay amount while reporting crimes that pose a threat to their community or well-being. Rewards for credible tips range from $100 to $1,000.
