GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A Grand Rapids barber is providing free haircuts to Grand Valley State University students two days a week.
Cecil Jackson owns The Executive Cut in Grand Rapids and has partnered with the university to bring a mobile barbershop to campus every Monday and Tuesday.

He says it was one of his long-term plans because he knows there are students from other cities and states that might not know where to get a haircut and might not find someone who knows how to cut hair for minorities.
