WASHINGTON, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca has admitted in legal documents that its Covid vaccine “can, in very rare cases, cause Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS),” which is a rare, blood clotting disorder.

The admission could pave the way for a multi-million dollar payout for at least a dozen cases for the Bristish-based company.

The company stated that TTS can happen even if there is no vaccination, adding that expert testimony will be required to determine causation in every individual case.

AstraZeneca has been embroiled in a class action lawsuit that alleges its Covid vaccine has led to several deaths and serious injury.
