DEARBORN, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Muslim protestors chanted “Death to America” during an Al-Quds rally in Dearborn over the weekend. The day is is set aside to support Palestinians above Israelis.
Local activist Tarek Bazzi delivered anti-American and anti-semitic remarks from a podium.

Bazzi justified his comments and responded to accusations of these types of rallies being “anti-American” by saying “It’s the United States government that provides the funds for all of the atrocities.” He referred Israel’s attacks on Hamas-controlled Gaza since the October 7 terrorist attacks on Israeli soil.
“So when these fools ask us if Israel has the right to exist…the chant ‘death to Israel’ has become the most logical chant shouted across the world today,” Bazzi said.
While speaking, chants of “death to America!” and “death to Israel!” sprung up in the background.
Dearborn is home to a large population of Arab-Americans. Nearby Hamtramck boasts the first all-Muslim city council.
Michigan is considered a key battleground state in this November’s election, with President Joe Biden losing support amongst Arab-Americans regarding his administration’s stance on the Israel-Hamas war.
