DETROIT (Michigan News Source) – Gov. Gretchen Whitmer stopped by Detroit on Sunday to meet up with her “good friend” President Joe Biden before he spoke at the NAACP meeting.
She claimed that the U.S. economy is “headed in the right direction” because of the work of the Biden administration.

President Biden attempted to connect with black voters during his four minute speech, and called former President Donald Trump “unhinged.” Michigan is considered a critical battleground state in November’s elections with its 15 electoral votes up for grabs.
