CLEVELAND (Michigan News Source) – U.S. Coast Guard crews rescued a naked kayaker in Lake Erie on Wednesday.
The Coast Guard received a report of the man stranded on a water intake crib, according to a social media post. It said he had been kayaking in the lake when his kayak capsized.

This morning, #USCG STA Cleveland Harbor received report of a stranded, naked male IVO the water intake crib in #LakeErie. STA launched w/ ODNR and arrived on scene. Crews from the Coast Guard Cleveland Harbor station, along with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, rescued the man. They successfully brought him to shore to EMS.
The man’s condition is unknown; Coast Guard officials do not know why he was naked.
