U.S. Congresswoman Ilan Omar (D-MN) announced her endorsement of Gilchrist on Monday. Gilchrist shared the news on social media.

Gilchrist’s list of endorsements also include U.S. Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). She’s the only Palestinian member of Congress and another outspoken antisemite.
Omar, a Somali immigrant, is under investigation for immigration fraud. U.S. Border Czar Tom Homan made that announcement on Newsmax last week.
Minnesota is home to the largest Somali-American population in the U.S.
