LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The washed-out train tracks that caused Amtrack to cancel service from Chicago to Grand Rapids on Sunday have been repaired.
CSX says crews located the damaged section of track near Coloma and made the needed repairs on Monday afternoon.

Amtrack bussed passengers from Chicago to Grand Rapids and Holland because of the break. More than 97,000 Amtrak passengers rode over the affected area in 2025.
