EMMET COUNTY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Flood waters continue to keep flights from taking off and landing at Pellston Regional Airport.

Airport officials posted an update on social media, saying both runways will be closed until next week. “We continue to make progress on dewatering the runways and associated safety areas with the use of the portable pumps and excavation work,” the post said. “We will evaluate again as we complete water removal, soil erosion and lighting repairs.”
