LANSING, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – The Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) announced that it is delaying the reopening of 16 field offices and customer service centers.
The DNR had planned to reopen them after Labor Day. The new reopening date will be October 4th at the earliest.

In addition, the field offices will be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only.
Hunting and fishing licenses are sold at the offices along with fuelwood permits.
