LANSING, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – A new poll shows that Michigan residents are deeply divided when it comes to the idea of COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
A study by the Detroit Regional Chamber indicates a majority of Michigan residents oppose mask mandates for employers. Fifty-two percent of those surveyed opposed a vaccine mandate for businesses, but nearly 75-percent who identify themselves as strong Democrats support such mandates. Only about 19-percent of those who call themselves strong Republicans oppose them.

When it comes to the economy, just under 32-percent believe the economy is on the right track while 57-percent believe the economy is on the wrong track.
