DETROIT (Great Lakes News) – Two $100 million lawsuits have been filed against the Oxford Community School District and certain school employees after last week’s shooting which killed four and injured seven.

The lawsuits have been filed on behalf of a child shot in the neck during the incident. The suits also represent her sister who was next to her when she was shot.

The suit claims the shooting was preventable.
