HOWELL, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – Michigan State Rep. Jewell Jones (D-Inkster) received two years of probation on Thursday.
The sentence stems from an April drunk driving incident that led to a tussle with police along I-96 in Livingston County. Jones will receive credit for 61 days served last fall as well as 100 hours of community service.
