Unlock Michigan 2 organizers say the proposal to reduce government power during health emergencies will not be on the November ballot after failing to collect enough extra voter signatures to survive a challenge.
Organizers expressed their frustration over Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s emergency orders throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
