LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – After the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of Federalism on Friday and returned abortion regulations to the states, a Twitter account called “Lake Superior” tweeted on Friday that it “vehemently stands with women having the right to choose.”
On Tuesday afternoon, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer retweeted the lake’s comments.

The “Lake Superior” Twitter account also boasts she/her pronouns.
In addition, “LakeErie” tweeted on Saturday that it “stands with a women’s right to choose.”

“Lake Michigan” appeared to take a more tempered approach.
