KALAMAZOO, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Seven-year-old Sammy Knuckles from southwest Michigan used his lemonade stand to raise hundreds of dollars for victims of the recent flooding in eastern Kentucky.
Knuckles started a lemonade stand in June to raise enough money to buy himself a video game console.

However, when he reached his goal, he decided he wanted to keep going.
When Knuckles heard about the recent devastating flooding that impacted the eastern Kentucky, he decided to use his last week before school to raise money for others in need. Knuckles raised more than $360 for people in Kentucky.
As a wolf cub in Cub Scout Pack #3026, Knuckles knows a thing or two about helping others in need and what it means to work hard.
