JACKSON, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A woman is no longer on a jury after concerns surfaced that she might have been flirting with one of the defendants standing trial for aiding in the plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
Judge Thomas Wilson announced he had removed the juror as proceedings got underway on Friday in the trial of Joseph Morrison, Pete Musico and Paul Bellar.

Earlier this week, attorneys raised concerns and said juror was having too much non-verbal communication with Bellar over a period of several days.
Several others in the courtroom backed up those claims and said they had witnessed the interactions between the two since the trial began.
