LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Michigan Board of State Canvassers will conduct an in-person meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, at the Heritage Hall Capitol visitor center.
Among other agenda items, the Board will consider the partial recounts of Proposals 2 and 3, which it authorized at its meeting two weeks ago.

Proposal 2, which extends the number of in-person voting days, and Proposal 3, which enshrines abortion up to the moment of birth in the state constitution underwent a hand recount of paper ballots. The recount took place in more than 500 precincts in about half of the state’s 83 counties, as requested.
Due to room availability, the meeting must conclude by 4:30 p.m.
